It’s been a couple weeks since my Mom left. She spent nearly a month here to help me out with a few workshops, events and bazaars. Philippines is on a Holiday High, so we were quite busy managing all the craft sales at the different craft fairs and bazaars, as well as from the I Try DIY Shop. Tutorials took a backseat, but I’m definitely back with a vengeance. Mom left behind this cute wall hanging. It’s such a simple project, I don’t even know why I never thought of it!
Mom helped me out with some floral buntings while she was here. There were quite a bit of scrap fabric we couldn’t bare throwing away.
We also found one of these embroidery hoops while cleaning out the back room (slash storage, slash warehouse, slash tambakan).
Mom took a couple pieces, and randomly lay the pieces over the smaller piece of the embroidery hoop.
She placed the other piece of the hoop to keep the pieces in place, making sure to pull the loose fabric ends to keep them nice and taut.
Screw the frame tightly. All done!

Hi guys? Where can I buy embroidery hoops in different sizes?

Hi! Where are you from? In the Philippines, I bought mine from DMC in Megamall. I’m pretty sure other crafts/sewing/embroidery/fabric stores carry them as well.
