I made handwritten bridal bingo cards at my friend’s bridal shower years ago. I was a little disappointed with what I made, that I decided to make printable ones for anyone who searched for one on the web.
What did we do last weekend? We spent Sunday at Livi’s 2nd Birthday Picnic Party! We worked on filling up Sitio Elena with everything picnic-themed. Seeing how happy Livi and her parents were when they walked through the doors was worth everything!
Themed parties are always a thrill to attend. I’ve helped plan a few, and it’s a challenge as much as it is fun. I’m definitely not the expert on party planning, but here are a few tips that have helped me along the way!
Last April, we celebrated the first royal birthday party of my dear goddaughter Nataniella Pierette. (Yes, she has no nickname.) When her Mama Niña called on us to help out with the party, there was no question we’d say yes. I mean, how can you say no to this beautiful little princess?
I spent a huge chunk of my March with these two crazies. Niña choraled us to plan and style her nephew’s 7th birthday party. Bren was really into Disney’s CARS, so coming up with a theme wasn’t a problem.
My niece turned the big EIGHT last month. Because she had a huge supermodel runway show theme 7th birthday party, her parents decided on a “small” swimming party. Her one request? She wanted her party to be themed out for One Direction!
There was a quaint get-together after the actual christening. Baby Elise’s Mom and I decided to go for a simple fun and crafty ambiance at The Last Chukker in Manila Polo Club. Here are some snapshots of how we set up the place!
