My niece turned the big EIGHT last month. Because she had a huge supermodel runway show theme 7th birthday party, her parents decided on a “small” swimming party. Her one request? She wanted her party to be themed out for One Direction!

I settled on some 1D goodies, the flag and red-white-and-blue. So first, I got her striped paper straws.

We used some 1D posters and table mats. I made some Keep Calm flags that the kids were able to bring home. They were strategically planted in some lollipop-filled 1D mugs.

Lastly, we got Cake Avenue to make her dream cake. The inside of the cake are red, white and blue layers of lemon sponge. Yum!

Estelle loves those five boys.
