With Halloween creeping up, here’s a creative way of packing up some candy for your trick-or-treaters!
I keep all my leftover scrapbook paper. I hate throwing such beautiful prints in the trash. Here’s one project that makes use of those straggler sheets of paper. I’ve trimmed the paper into approximately 6 x 3 inches strips.
On the non-printed side, place a strip of double-sided tape on one of the short edges.
Stick onto the other edge to form a cylinder.
Using double-sided tape, seal one end shut.
Fill with candy! Here I used MM’s, but you can fill it up with your choice of treats. Jelly Belly Candy, Candy Corn and Skittles work just fine.
Perpendicular to the first edge, seal the other end shut.
You may use a decorative edge scissors to add some flair!
All done! Hand to your costumed visitors on Halloween!
